Is there a square foot minimum size for new construction?
Yes! Single story requires at least 2,000 square feet and multi-story is 23oo square feet (excluding basement, garage, decks and patios).
Can I build a fence?
Yes! Certain fences are permitted after approved by the board (no chain link, barb wire, etc).
What about Out Buildings?
Detached out buildings are discouraged, but can be approved by written request on a case-by-case basis. Nothing larger than 120 square feet, and cannot extend past house line.
What is the pool policy?
In-ground pools are permitted. Above ground pools are not allowed.
Is there an annual HOA fee?
Yes. The fee is $500 per year and covers maintenance of green spaces, park, ponds and water feature.
